Follow these steps if your driver's license has been lost, stolen or damaged, and you need to apply for a new one.
Replacement of a Driver's license using the online service.
First of all it is worth mentioning that it is the driver's own responsibility to keep their personal information updated at all times, make sure that your personal information is updated in the system and your home address is correctly written.
Saying this, and once everything is in order, now the driver can access the VicRoads online portal to request a new driver's license online. The procedure will take only a few minutes.
