If your driver's license has been lost, stolen or damaged, you can apply for a new one following these steps.

- Complete the document in capital letters in a legible handwriting.
- Pay the fee (cheque allowed only).
- Send it to the address mentioned before.
- In a 10 days period, the new license will arrive at the home address registered on the system.
