Registration Update in Euroa
If you need to update any details in your registration, you can do it easily using the VicRoads services at your disposal. It is very important that every driver/company keeps all their data updated at all times in the VicRoads system in order to avoid missing any notification.
Depending on the specific data that needs to be updated, there are some documents that you will be required to submit into the VicRoads system in order to proceed with the changes. It is very important that everyone ensures that you are in possession of all the required documentation before to start the process. Once you are ready you can submit your documents using two different ways:
By mail - Sending your documents to: VicRoads GPO Box 1644 Melbourne 3001.
By visiting one of the VicRoads customer services * - You can visit one of the VicRoads centers near your home.

Updating your address
To update or change your home/company address under a company name, you will need to submit an official company letter specifying the vehicle/vessel details.
In order to comply with all the VicRoads specifications, we recommend you to follow the next guideline before making your appointment to change the address on your registration:
- The new address must be clearly specified.
- The letter must be signed by the direct responsible person of the vehicle.
- The letter must be sealed, or show the company letterhead.
- The letter must contain all the details of the vehicle or affected vessels (i.e. model of the vehicle, registration number, etc).

Updating your company name
If you need to change the name of your company in your registration, it is necessary that you submit an official letter to the VicRoads department. This letter must contain all the vehicle/vessel details. It is also necessary that you bring a Certificate of Registration on Change of Name from the ASIC (Australian Securities and Investment Commission).
